    Small Sites Program

    BACLT continues to provide training for housing co-ops and other community living groups.
    We are currently training residents at the Haskell Street Condo Associations on Capital Replacement Budgets. And recently closed escrow after raising funds to purchase a 9 bedroom home at Oakalend West side of lake Merrit called the Newtown Home

    The Introduction to Housing Cooperatives (emphasis on Limited Equity Housing Cooperatives and Land Trusts) given April 2013 by Kathy Labriola and Rick Lewis of the Bay Area Community Land Trust and held at the Cooperative Center Federal Credit Union in Berkeley, CA.

    Past Events

     "Community Meeting for McGee Avenue Baptist Church Project" 01/12/19 at the McGee Avenue Baptist Church in South Berkeley. Community members met with members of the Church and BACLT to have their questions answered about a variety of topics including the Land Trust Model, the proposed design, construction phase, as well as, resident management phase of this project."
