On Saturday March 30th, 2018, former Program Manager Saki Bailey gave a seminar on the Small Sites Program and Coop conversion, with around 40 people attending. She provided resources to the public about what local antidisplacement tools are available to them, explained the CLT and Coop and discussed the move towards building an Anti-Displacement and Permanent Affordability Coalition in Berkeley. Future meetings will be announced on our home page. To read more about why Anti-Displacement needs Permanent Affordability please read Saki’s article, “The Shield and the Sword: Two Tools to Address the Housing Crisis.”
