2025 BACLT Bylaws Update Process

BACLT is in the process of updating its Bylaws. Our Board of Directors has drafted a set of proposed amendments, and we are offering several engagement opportunities for members to learn about the proposed changes, ask questions, and offer feedback.

Opportunities to engage:

  1. Virtual Information Session: Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30-8:00pm — view recording (passcode: $MQ$1ZT=)
    *BACLT Board members introduce all proposed amendments and provide space for questions feedback.

  2. Virtual Office Hours: Tuesday, July 29th at 6:30-8:00pm — view recording (passcode: tm?X!6uy)
    * BACLT Board members will host a more open-format space for members to discuss and ask questions about the proposed amendments.

  3. Written feedback will be accepted through Thursday, August 7th at 11am. Comments can be sent via:

    * one main action item is to approve proposed Bylaws amendments for Special Member Meeting in September.

  5. Special Member Meeting (hybrid) to vote on Bylaws amendments: Saturday, September 6th at 1:30pm.
