BACLT’s Board of Directors includes four Lessee (Resident) Members and three Alternate Lessees. Virtual Board meetings are typically on the third Monday of each month. Here is the meeting link:

Grievance Policy & Procedure
Our DEI Committee has been working on a thorough and thoughtful formal process for residents, staff, board, and other members to file and process grievances. We aim to have the policy and form finalized by December 1, 2025.
Feedback Form
This is a tool for residents to give feedback that does not rise to the level of a formal grievance.
Events Calendar
The Events Calendar will include events facilitated by BACLT or partner organizations, in one central place. Events include Annual Member Meeting, trainings, co-op network socials, conferences, and more. Coming early 2026.
