BACLT receives a donation of 10 unit property in Oakland Ave/Grand Lake district of Oakland

In the astronomical real estate market of SF Bay Area, it is hard to imagine why anyone would donate a property to a community land trust. But a donor did exactly that earlier this year, donating a majestic turn-of-the-20th-Century, 10 unit home in the beautiful Grand Lake district of Oakland.
